Not only did Mike walk us through the initial process and talk through every design decision, he was constantly on site during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly and correctly. Any small issues we had as picky homeowners were immediately inspected and corrected if needed. Mike went above and beyond, taking on small projects himself to get the details just right, even when we didn't really discuss it much at the beginning. He really took ownership of the whole project and cared about the finished product more than his bottom line. "Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."
