Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in West Newton, MA

"On Top Roofing did an excellent job. They arrived on time and cleaned up completely before they left. This was the second job they did for me over several years and their workmanship continues to be excellent."

"Shortly after leaving a message for a return call from Mighty Dog, (having discovered a significant leak into our office), Anthony appeared at our house!! It was such a relief to have a roofing expert show up as the water was pouring into our house!! So he and Mighty Dog get an A+ for prompt reply!!! Anthony was extremely personable, very pleasant to work with and immediately installed a large tarp over our flat roof to stop the water leakage. When the weather warmed up enough to begin the repair, he and his crew did a great job replacing our skylight and flat roof and the clean up job was impeccable which we really appreciated. I would give him and Mighty Dog an A+ for customer service and quality of work!!!! It could not have been a better experience (if one has to have a major roof leak!)"

"Excellent work. The old asphalt roof was stripped and new shingles installed in three days. Extremely hard working crew. Cleanup of the yard was very good. I am very pleased with the work."

"The workers that removed and replaced my roofs had fantastic work ethics. They did a wonderful job and left my yard nail free and debris free. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other home repair."

"I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company."

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"They were able to do the job three weeks earlier than scheduled. The workers showed up right on time, went right to work and got the job done in one day as promised at the exact price quoted. All of the debris was cleaned up and the yard was left in the same condition as when they arrived. The workers were professional and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend Roofers Edge to anyone looking to replace their old roof.

""Newton Roofing" had done work for me 25-30 years ago. I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"

"FANTASTIC COMPANY. DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM BETTER THEN THE OTHER 2 COMPANIES I CALLED. STEVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND SHOW ME WHAT MY ISSUE WAS. CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB AND SENT PICTURES AS THE WORK WAS BEING COMPLETED. THIS COMPANY IS NOW MY NUMBER ONE GO TO ROOFING COMPANY"

"I'll start by saying. I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Karales Home improvement was very positive. Get ready for a long one. Like many others, I utilized Home Adviser to look for Roofing specialists. I met with Mike Karales the same day as our initial phone conversation. He arrived, mask on, ready work with me. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me a very fair quote on the spot. He also explained the whole process to ensure I understood what he was offering. Mike worked with me on our scheduling needs. All of the materials arrived the morning of the work but it ended raining out that day so things were pushed to the next morning. The next day, the dumpster was dropped off, Mike and his trusted crew , some with him for over 17 years, arrived first thing in the morning. They waved hi and got to work immediately. Mike went over again, what to expect, etc. and his team started tarping all around the house, prepping the tools, 30 minutes later they get to work. 2 or 3 on the roof, all with specific roles. another couple of guys cleaning around the house and sweeping throughout the job. The team worked like a well oiled machine and I don't even think they took a break. The whole job was completed by Noon. The tarp catching all of the debris, the constant cleaning and sweeping, the magnetic device to further find any nails that may have fallen astray. I literally walked around my house looking for nails or an old shingle or anything really and not one thing out of place, not one nail, nothing! They left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. One word. Meticulous! Mike came by to inspect and ensure everything was done properly and that I was happy. From A to Z, short of writing a check, I didn't have to lift a finger or worry. Permits, dumpster, installation, cleanup they took care of it all. The Karales team was experienced, efficient, hard working and meticulous. They are Just straight out insanely good at what they do. Hats off to these guys. In by 8am gone by noon. You wouldn't have known they showed up and replaced the roof. My neighbor left for work prior to their arrival and came back home for lunch. I told them i had a new roof done just this morning and they couldn't believe it. Insane!, Good Job Mike Karales and Team."
