"I used KENMAC for4 projects, and Ken and Greg did an outstanding job on all 4. They replaced an awning window first and trimmed around it, and it came out great. Then I hired them to replace some really bad sliding windows on a porch, which they replaced with double hung windows and trimmed the outside such that what used to be an eyesore in the neighborhood is now something really nice to look at and makes the porch a nice place to hang out. They then replaced two doors with steel door units, which also came out awesome. Finally, a couple of months age, they enclosed what was a bulkhead entrance to a basement with 3 walls, a roof and a door, and sided the walls to match almost perfectly with what was already on the house. It came out great and looks like it was always there. They are creative in the ways they make things work and meticulous about doing it correctly. I would recommend them for any project that needs doing. Great guys."

Estenio is a licensed construction supervisor and skilled master carpenter who has built, renovated, and restored some of the most beautiful homes in Massachusetts. Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Sara manages over 150 homes and apartments in Cambridge, Charlestown, and Quincy. Estenio and Sara began collaborating in 2018, developing properties for APD's sister company, Cambridge Prime, and started American Precision in 2021. American Precision specializes in renovation and restoration of existing properties to fit the needs of both homeowners and developers.

They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. They rebuilt an elaborate rear yard fence and built a privacy gate. It is our pleasure to write this review, we feel lucky to have them available."
