They were very prompt and they knew my situation because I had a tenant waiting to move in. So they really did it real fast. In that sense, they really accommodated me. Their documentation was not really professional. It was just a simple e-mail. Even though they put it into a lot of heads, it could have been more professional and broken down. The work turned out great, there were no issues. I would recommend that they do a lot more detailed professional quote, not just like a lumped kind of thing. They were very good guys."
