"My siding was sticking out and found Top Guard construction in here they did and amazing job for a very good price."

"My husband and I contracted Highrize Construction Group (Enea Shira) to remove the old vinyl siding from our house and replace it with White Stucco. We also replaced the roof, facia and gutters. It was a huge job which was a bit intimidating to us as first time homeowners. Enea met with us quite a few times before we booked his company. I called and texted him multiple times throughout the project and he always made himself available and he was on site every day which was a huge comfort. We now have the best looking house on the block. I highly recommend Highrize Construction. Enea is honest, extremely professional and very well versed regarding his field of expertise."

"I have had the pleasure and luck to have had Enio and his team work on my basement for water proofing . He always shows up, is on time and does great work. Keep up the good work!! Will be using them for many more projects."

"I hired King Quality only 2 weeks ago and within the 2 weeks they came to my home, gave me a price, installed the siding and left my house spotless. I was very nervous making the initial call but they put my mind at ease. It was a pleasure working with them from my 1st call into the office speaking to the ladies then speaking with Jeff to the crew foreman Billy. They definitely lived up to there name. I received King quality!"

"They did a fantastic job. When they finished the job, you couldn't tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up and spotless. Truly professional. Their rates were below everyone else and their workmanship above everyone else."

"Pleasure to work with him , reasonable price and quality work"

"Work done was outstanding! I needed an old toilet fixed but Felipe mentioned that it was better to replace it, because it was so old.. He replaced it and also replaced the sink from a pedestal one to a vanity style.. Work area was cleaned up ! Pricing was fair! Will definitely hire Vargas again!"

"Unlike some of the other people we called to get quotes for this job, Michael was at our house within a day of us calling him.  He was very prompt with his quote, and while it wasn't the cheapest, it was the most detailed and had us feeling fairly confident in investing with him.  Michael was also sensitive to our budget, telling us which windows needed to be replaced, and which could, at least for now, be protected in the short term until we were able to afford replacing them.  He also suggested replacing two of the fixed windows with awning-style windows - a nice addition that has improved airflow in our house.

Although he quoted us 5 to 7 weeks for installation, the windows arrived weeks early - a pleasant surprise.  Michael was true to his word - we didn't spend a dime more than what he quoted us, he cleaned up the mess before he left, and he had the job completed within two days (more like a day and a half).  The windows look great, and do a better job of matching the house's trim than our previous windows.

A few minor issues... some of the external caulking cracked and fell out within a week of installation - Michael was told us he will come and take care of it.  Windows were left pretty dirty and trim was marked up (primed, but had black marks on it, which will make it tougher to paint); a bit of dry wall needed to be spackled and was done a little hastily.  A few plants outside one window were trampled.

Overall, though, a very pleasant experience.  No tracking of dirt through the house, very easy to work with, and Michael had answers to all our questions.  Unlike some general contractors who also do windows, Michael really seems to know his craft - he was able to find the right windows for us at the (relatively) right price.  We'll be coming back to him when it comes time to replace our other windows!"
