"This review is long over due in coming. In March 2019, I decided to make the move and replace our roof. After getting several estimates, I was impressed with Tiger Team Roofing. Gigi scheduled the appointment and Kevin arrived exactly on time. Wow! The other appointments were not as considerate. Kevin walked the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was clear and to the point. There was no doubt on what I should expect. Then the surprise: No money due until the job was done right. Again, wow. The others all wanted money up front and were a vague on the whole process. From the moment I signed, things went right. Gigi or someone else from the office texted me every Friday to let me know how things were going. Estimate processed. Permit pulled. Plans submitted. Supplies ready for delivery. Start date. Inspection dates. Job done. I was never in doubt as to what was going on. In the end, I got a new roof, professionally installed, at a fair price, and left feeling as though I made the right choice. Never a doubt. Tiger Team Roofing was NOT the cheapest estimate. They were about $300 more. BUT am I glad I went with my gut. If you need a new roof, take the time to reach out to Tiger Team Roofing. They communicated each step of the process well, were very reliable and got the job done in a timely and orderly fashion. I couldnâ t believe the attention to detail during the entire process. The folks at Brilliant are all quite familiar with the work and the industry, and can provide helpful insight on what needs to be done, materials available, the process involved, etc. Their metal roofs are made here in the U.S., so they are high quality. I canâ t believe how many compliments I have gotten from people about how great my new roof looks!"

From the start when hardworking, courteous, and friendly Ethan Thule knocked on our door and offered to check our roof for damage from the April hailstorm that swept through this area, while also offering to clean our gutters and roof of all the pine needles and debris, we were impressed with the service. It was a master stroke of effective marketing by Ethan, who followed it up by confirming and coordinating the required repairs with our insurance company. Next, the excellent crew of roofers that Ethan supplied completed the job in a single - though very long and hot - day with outstanding results, including a number of unexpected above-and-beyond extras like painting the chimney and plumbing vents to match the new shingles. "We had a few leaks in our roof and found J&K on Angie's List. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. "Code Red installed the roof on a house in 2002 that I just purchased. Unrelated to the roof install. I needed some repairs done after replacing the AC. A section of the roof had to be removed, the problem fixed, and roof section reinstalled. After some confusion at the start regarding the roof warranty, transfer process etc, Jared stepped in to clarify and get things all squared away. He then put me in touch with Brian V in their repairs division and Brian quickly contacted me and set up an appointment. I booked the work and it was done after only a few days, and Brian sent pictures to me throughout so I could see the work unfold while I was away from the property. They even handled another repair that isn’t typically what they would do to help me out and roll it into one job. Good communication and follow through is important, as is quality work. The attention to detail was excellent and they were very neat as they completed the work. I was very pleased with them on this project."
