"I actually had 8 fence contractors visit my property and provide estimates. I went with SFG, because Kevin turned out to be the most honest, fair priced, knowledgeable contractor of them all. Boy did I make the right decision! When the day finally came for the fence installation. Kevin and his team showed up bright and early to walk me through everything they planned to do and make sure they took into account my opinions and feedback. They answered all of my questions, provided well experienced guidance and made sure I understood all the pros/cons of each of my decisions before setting out to work. The fence did not take very long to put up since Kevin's team spent full day after full day, making sure everything was built to exact specification. I had a last minute design change that Kevin and team were happily able to accommodate and came back as many times as necessary to get everything just right, no matter the issue. These guys most definitely know their craft inside and out and the final product clearly shows to anyone whether they are a lay person or professional. In the end, my permits passed with no issues and I ended up with a beautiful pool code fence for my kids that increases my property value, adds to the beauty of my home and most importantly, makes my wife very happy! <br /> This review would not be complete without a note on Faith and her office staff. It took me more than 6 months to get the necessary approvals from my HOA and Palm Beach County. Six very aggravating and disappointing long months that I do not wish on anybody. The only silver lining through the whole process was Faith and her team. She walked me through every step, helped me work through every obstacle and setback and remained in constant communication with me and the County, throughout the project from Day 1 to day 180+. "It went great! We called Mark on a Saturday while he was dealing with another customer emergency. Despite that, he took time to listen the our problems and agree to come to our home late that same day. He was delayed with the other customer into the evening, yet still wanted to assist us later that same eve. We said that wasn't necessary so Mark asked if he could come on Sunday. Mark arrived and thoroughly inspected all potential roof openings and very significant task given the large number of roof line changes and steep slope. He then inspected the attic which was also very difficult to navigate. Finally he walked the entire perimeter of the home carefully looking for any signs of openings or animals/rodents. his attention to detail , professional, and high concern for our safety was clearly demonstrated. Mark gave us a clean bill of health and provided information about our roof and openings. Despite his hard work, Mark did not charge us for his service. We could not have been more pleased with his approach to investigating our concerns, his expertise and professionalism. I'm fairly certain we would not have received this level of personal attention and expertise with a larger firm. Thank you Mark!"
