"Troy was professional and quick. He help us placing a claim on our roof. He gave us the options of shingles or metal roof pricing and for a few dollars more we decided on the medal roof. They were a week ahead schedule, but demo results were great. He's crew were clean and professionals, they replaced some of the plywood that was damage. I was impressed after end of the day someone from the crew to comb the yard with a magnetic stick to sure nails/screws weren't left behind and they also used a leaf blower (very important). I can't believe how fast my new metal roof went up. We decided to feed the crew after all they were so professional and clean, but most of all how respectful they were. Even the managers came after hours to inspect the work, no issues. Definitely recommend Brilliant Roofing for an excellent and quality job."

"Michael gave me a quote for cleaning my roof over the phone and then came to the house to make sure the roof didn't need any additional repairs. I hired them and a crew was sent over a couple of days later. I was expecting the roof to look good after it was cleaned. However, I was absolutely amazed after the job was completed. "We had a few leaks in our roof and found J&K on Angie's List. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."

"Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"
