"Unfortunately, I didn't know much about marble polish or restoration until I found this gentleman came to my house. He incorrectly missed three or four steps which crystallizes the marble. He just put wax on my floor and polished it charged me money. Came back to fix it three times but each time doing the same thing if I can prevent someone from wasting their money and time with a company that does not do the job correctly it will be fine I will be filing a small claims court claim to get reimbursed for the money spent now I have to have a different company to come out and fix what he did wrong"
