"We've used Wilson Bros. for nearly 18 years for our major systems work. They've installed a 2-zoned HE gas furnace and 2 water heaters and done routine maintenance. Have also responded immediately in one or two emergencies. This is a family run organization. EVERYONE from accounting to technicians to estimators to the owner of the company are professional, personable and know what they're doing. And they get things done. They are not the cheapest in town, but their pricing makes sense and i'm willing to pay for the continuity. For less important things i'll use journeyman plumbers.
