The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a repair estimate. He showed up that same day to look over the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. Brian s servicemen showed up the next day to complete the repairs and did so with professionalism. While his men were initiating the repair, Brian inspected the rest of my roof and noticed issues with cracking rubber seals around my vent pipes which he notified me about and I agreed to have him repair those while he was on site.While he was working on the repair, I happened to notice a different issue with my roof on a different part of the house and he agreed to repair the new issue as well.After completing the repairs, his men cleaned up around the house and even used a leaf blower to complete the cleanup. "Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails.
