"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "Josh and the team did a really big job for us last week. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing.
