"Marcelo and his team did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old pink tile and bathtub that was covered with Bath Fitter panels that caused mold. They were punctual and communicated any issues and gave me suggestions about how the tile should be laid. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Marcelo is meticulous, so don’t expect a rush job. He built and installed a linen cabinet for the bathroom as well. I hired them again to cover the old plaster walls in the bedrooms with 3/8” Sheetrock because they weren’t in the best condition. They taped, plastered and primed the walls so well that I don’t want to paint them. They also installed new windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We’ve already started designing my dream kitchen for next Spring’s project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!"

We started right after COVID, and despite so many uncertainties, including an 8 month wait for windows, Mark and Joey were the only reason we were able to sleep at night. They treated the project as if they were building their own home. I still remember seeing Joey standing outside monitoring the subcontractor installing our front door steps at 6:30 PM, after having been on site since 6:30 AM. That level of dedication is rare. If there were multiple ways to do something, they always chose the approach that looked and worked the best, even if it meant more cost or effort for them. I’ve since recommended them to a friend for a basement renovation, and they did a phenomenal job there as well. "Beware. Have extremely detailed plans and specifications. This contractor makes everything a change order at exorbitant prices. The remodel of a condo unit took over 18mos because contractor takes on more work than team can handle. Many mistakes are due to lack of supervision and his staff does not maintain a clean worksite causing waste and lost materials. He does not have electrical or plumbing subcontractors. His pricing is not transparent and he uses change orders to increase his profit. He takes no responsibility and is difficult to work with. Have a detailed time schedule backed by a holdback from each payment that is released only on satisfactory completion."

"We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs. Left a pile of trash in the driveway that’s been there for 3 months now. The wood is all warped and full of mold.l now on said framing job See pics below. Don not trust this contractor. He is now going to deal with our lawyer"
