Listened to our concerns and proceeded to inspect every inch of the basement, including crawl space(!), each room on the 1st floor and the attic (a place that's difficult to maneuver). Their two step process of sealing the house. spraying the outside of the house and setting traps inside the basement and garage then coming back in a week to assess the situation appears to me to be the proper way to proceed. They then plan to come back in a week to assess the results. If there is ever a problem with mice or other pests during my contract yearthey will come back and take care of it. I signed up for their service for a year. I have had mice in my house every year and feel confident that they can eliminate the problem. Time will tell."
