"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Beto (Humberto Morais) Beto built a staircase and replaced and my home soffits. He explained the work he was doing and completed the work on the exact days he told me. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I have already received complements on the work he has done and the looks of it. The price was very reasonable also. Beto was extremely polite, professional and pleasant working in his job. "Mr. Mason's crew cut all my new 6 panel doors too short, the floor is coming up where he took the wall down (have to seek another floor person to repair it), poor planning of electrical work (had to hire an electrician to fix what I requested to have done), installed cheap laminated floors that I was told wouldn't be scratch but are scratched. Call him regarding all my issues, was told his had surgery and would get back to me, that did not happen. Followed up with an email regarding all the problems, no reply. I would never hire this guy and his crew ever again."
