He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule. All the various operations required to demolish concrete, remove it, condition the driveway soil with gravel and sand compacted and laying all the pavers was handled with great precision and timing between teams to complete all the steps involved. "Falkon Construction, Inc. was an excellent choice for my driveway repair. They showed up on time, they promised a 3 day job, which was completed in 3 days. It involved the removal of the existing driveway, preparing the ground, installing the rebar, adding ground up concrete mixture, and pouring the concrete. They taped off the area to prevent people walking by from damaging the area. The breaking up of the existing concrete was done so quickly, in about a half hour, and the concrete blocks were removed immediately. Everything was timed perfectly, with trucks arriving to carry away the concrete blocks, delivery of the small concrete bits, rebar delivered, and the concrete mixing truck arrived right on schedule. The team that leveled the concrete, spent all morning releveling, smoothing, treating it for the proper moisture content, and resmoothing it, created a beautiful finished job. The contractor was there throughout the entire job. Best job ever and at a very reasonable price."

We selected 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design to do a full re-do of our backyard – part of it was to remove the 20-years patio and renovating the pool and decking. The final results ARE brilliant. The pool was totally re-plumbed, re-plastered and new tile and coping were installed including all the new equipment. The remodeled patio is a stunning textured concrete with brushed ribbons. The flagstone steps and trim match the concrete perfectly. Jacob and his team were very professional and efficient during the entire work. We had significant delays due to Covid19 and few other things, but they kept moving forward on the work. Everything was clean and organized during the remodeling project, and were always on time. We had a couple of additional items that we added to the project as it progressed, and Jacob was prompt with updated estimates. There were no unexpected costs during the project; Jacob's original estimate was very accurate and even identified those items we had to handle separately (e.g., permits). We loved their work so much that we are now having them give us a quote for our front yard hardscape.
