He was very professional and responded within 10 minutes to setup an appointment for next day. He confirmed 30 min ahead of the appointment to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced and provided a quote and indicated it would take few days for the parts. He called 2 business days later and setup the repair date. Very quickly and competently disassembled the dishwasher and replaced the old parts and run short test for leak. The issue is not faulty repairs; it's simply old, and while Around the Clock has warned us that it would need replacing, they have managed to keep it running and for a lot less than it would cost to replace the unit (which would cost around $5000 or so. Over the years we have had 3 or 4 main repair guys and each of them has expertise in multiple areas. They always have been on time, usually around the early or middle of the three-hour time window they generally provide.
