"My situation was an emergency. With the high winds in the Canal Winchester area this spring, I experienced several leaks. We also had a long spell of rain recently and I was concerned those rains would return. One company I contacted (which advertises frequently in the neighborhood FACEBOOK pages) came out and provided an estimate but couldn't schedule the work for several weeks! Another company failed to show up to meet with the insurance adjuster though they promised to do so. The 2nd company also promised me a quote by the next day which I never received.
