"I entered into an agreement with Urban Home Transformations in August 2023. The following work was agreed upon prior to any start of construction. 1. The existing fence was to be removed from the property and the existing posts were to be removed entirely from the ground. 2. The new fence posts were to be set 36 inches deep with concrete. This specification was agreed upon, as it would exceed the City requirements. However, the existing posts were cut with the remaining post still in the ground. Only 4 posts were installed meeting the agreed requirement. Other posts were set at only 12 inches deep or less, which did not meet code requirements. The prescribed work was of poor quality and not completed in the agreed upon standard. I needed to hire another company to remove the posts and concrete. I contacted Urban Home Transformations requesting a partial refund for these costs. They stated that they would not give me a partial refund and not concerned about online feedback because they no longer have a business in Ohio and moved out of State. I would not recommend this contractor. Buyer beware!"

Due to weather and temperature the work did not get done until March 14, and when I hired them there was no warning that this could happen. I paid up front and when they came out the workers were nice, but they only did about 2/3rd the agreed upon job and said they needed to bring a lift out to get the higher branches because they thought their ladders were tall enough but they were wrong. So the job was incomplete and despite saying they would email me a quote to bring a lift out I've heard nothing since. So I paid for a job, only got the easiest 2/3rd part of it done, and heard nothing since. I genuinely regret hiring this company."
