"I’ve used Fred &Sons three times over the last two years to remove unwanted furniture and other items from my home. "Jon Miller first checked out the job & gave me an estimate.  He worked a good part of the day. He repaired the fence including replacing some wire, and setting a new post in concrete by the gate. the gate now closes properly without any problems.

  Later he worked on putting new insulation in crawl space. He came back next day to finish.

He promptly returned phone call, came out and discussed work, took measurements, and talked to me at length about what I wanted.  NOT how he thought it should be, or what he wanted to do (C'mon, you know you've dealt with THOSE contractors!), but what I wanted!  He looked at all the pictures I'd pulled and asked questions, offered suggestions when I wasn't sure.  Quote was offered via email, date set for install soon after.  Bookshelves were mostly built in his own workshop, then brought to my home for install. They completed installation in a day and a half.  Finished product is SPECTACULAR!  Even better than I imagined.
