We performed all the usual homework upfront before deciding on MTS, including online reviews, neighbor referrals, and in person meetings with various contractors. Here’s what earned our business and prompted what I hope is a very positive review: timely response to our initial inquiry, flexibility in scheduling a site visit, professional communication throughout the project, product options, high quality products, product warranties, a transferable warranty (should we sell), and a warranty on craftsmanship – not always easy to find with a reasonably priced contractor. Basically, they checked all the boxes I was looking for and then delivered on expectations. While MTS didn’t have the lowest quote (or the highest for that matter), the combination of professionalism and value simply couldn’t be beat. "Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. Brad Moreau quoted me a price that was within my budget, and he stuck to it. He suggested options that added to the beauty of the project such as a stunning vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and pocket doors for the closets to save space. I was very specific that I needed the project to start in the spring and finish before the cold weather, and he was right on time. He hired sub-contractors for the foundation, heating/cooling, electricity and carpeting, and every one of them did an amazing job in a timely manner. All the workers were pleasant and conscientious about the job. I would definitely recommend hiring Bradford Builders for any construction project, and intend to hire them again in the future for other projects that I have planned."
