He helped me file the claim and when my insurance elected to only pay for part of the repair/replacement, he went to bat for me explaining to the insurance company the need for the entire roofs replacement. Jeff's experience and knowledge in roofing was vital in my insurance companies acknowledgment that the entire roof be replaced at only the cost of my deductible. "Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails."

"They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and performed a thorough clean of all of our gutters. This included getting debris and branches off of the our roof and roof line and bagging up and disposing of the leaves and debris that came out of the gutters."

"David was on-time, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. You could tell he's done this a long time and appears to thrive in this environment. The crew ran into some problems with tree roots and had to perform extra work of cutting a trough through a concrete walkway. I was not charged extra for this and am greatly appreciative. Brandon's Gutter uses heavy-duty PVC for drains as opposed to the cheaper corrugated material that won't last. Good pictures are available on their website. My only complaint is that it took a week for the crew to get back to my residence and finish pouring the concrete. This was after I called both the owner and the crew leader. The quality was great and the price was less than half of my other estimate, so I'd hire again without reservation."
