They did a superbly thorough job on both smooth surfaces like white vinyl siding and rough surfaces like decks and roofs. Although the other quote I received was materially less, I was impressed that the Gulf2Bay owner visited the property beforehand and explained everything that would be done and also explained the superiority of the "softwash" method in terms of protecting surfaces and longevity of results. "My only complaint is that as they cleaned the outside of the windows, they did not use a towel at the bottom to catch drips from the squeegee on the bottom ledge of the black-framed windows which left watermarks and drips below the window on the white siding.
