"Hired to install garbage disposal, replace some existing electrical outlets, and take care of a backed up kitchen sink. The company set aside 4hrs for me but advised the employee 2hrs. This was corrected but they had to rearrange another job. The caller failed to mention the backed up sink so the employee came uprepared for the job and had to wait for someone to deliver a snake. This of course extended the time spent, which was hourly. I had their employee replace extra outlets while waiting. The employee himself worked diligently, and nonstop, none of the delay was his fault. Ended up having to hire a plumber with additional costs."
