The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. "I have the best driveway in the neighborhood now. JNS showed up on time everyday. He delivered it exactly like he described. Since I park an RV on it, he modified the depth to 5 inches, the PSI to 5,000, added fiber to the concrete, and installed the rebar on 18 inch centers. He also brushed the concrete in a checker board pattern which looked great. JNS also added an extra parking spot and did a step onto the front porch. I'm happy."
