From the start, John was a pleasure to work with. He was generous with his time on a free consultation, and very knowledgeable about every kind of tree on our property (at least 10 different types). When it came time to do the work, he was very professional and skilled up in the trees, maintained good safety practices, and did a fantastic cleanup job at the end. "My old Crabapple tree was rotting. It split and part of it came crashing down during the spring storm early Tuesday morning. Jeremy was there that same day and cut down the rest of the tree which was in danger of collapsing any minute. It was all cleaned up that day and the wood was removed the very next day. "I called on the 27th of Oct, signed the contract on the 28th of Oct. They were to come and do the job on Nov. 20. The morning of Nov 20th they called and said that they were not going to be able to make it as they were having issues with their machine. They showed up in the 27th (7days layer and almost a month after the initial contract signing). Trimmed the tree, did not blow away the sawdust that was left and also broke my picket fence in three places. See pictures below. Spoke with one of the guys that was here and made him aware of the broken areas. After the job was complete, I asked for a receipt and he said that the office would be mailing me a receipt. He could not provide this. Eric said that he would come back and fix the fence and he has yet to come and fix the broken areas. I called the office 2 times left messages and no one has responded as I type this on Dec 6. I do not recommend this company."

"Everything went very well. No problems. They worked with about 4 inches of snow on the ground, and it didn't slow them down at all. There were 4 or 5 very personable guys on site. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to other estimates that I received, and these fellas worked very hard.

"John and Doug are great guys and they do terrific work at excellent prices. We needed to remove a huge dead cottonwood (40ft high), pull out an overgrown and mostly dead Mugo Pine bush, and trim just about every tree on the property (about 6 trees). We agreed they would clean up the slash but leave the wood all for $500. The wood left behind was all cut to 2ft sections which was easily split and perfect for a fireplace or wood burning stove."
