"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

"Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! If you want a great job, at great price, by a great crew … we highly recommend Roberto’s Affordable Lands aping!"

"For the first 2 years, their M.O. is to communicate mostly through their online portal and email. Face-to-face communication is not something that they regularly schedule and asking them to do this has been met with no communication. In the first 2 jobs, their work was 'fine' for what they did with the exception that they didn't do what I asked and had to come back again to fix things (though they made some cuts on bushes that they were asked NOT to cut). This year, I tried again to communicate with them, but they were open to the job only through email and their portal. My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"

"Lisa and team were amazing to work with … and they did it AGAIN! This is the second big project I have done with Affordable Landscape and they executed this work efficiently and effectively I asked them to give me ideas for a patio and fire pit … final product is a genuine backyard oasis for my family and I to enjoy. They offered creative ideas in their design as the lot wasn’t the easiest to work with. I’m Super happy with the final product and can’t say enough about their work ethic, kindness, professionalism and art ! Thank you Lisa and team!"

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

"Veglia Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave me an estimate for the labor/work on my bathroom remodel. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."
