With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."
