I spoke to the lady in the office and informed her we were in a Condo on 9 floor and she assured me they had the equipment no problem. On the day of service the guy informed us that there was an extra $50 dollars because we were on the 9 floor but the lady I spoke with never mentioned this to me when I confirmed the quote and date. We felt this was dishonest for a business who doesn?t stand by their customers we had no choice but to pay since we had an event and neeed the carpets cleaned !
