"Repairman was prompt, courteous, and quick. He installed the replacement garbage disposal, checked the adjourning line, and answered my questions."

"Even though it meant that he would be paid over a thousand dollar less money he came up with an atypical solution to our problem. Unfortunately, after consulting with an electrician, our house did not have the capacity to run his out of the box solution to our problem. We ended up having to do the repair in the normal way and installed a new pipe, which he did in a top-notch way. We liked him very much and feel very confident in recommending him to others."

"I scheduled an appointment with West End Plumbing for today Tuesday the 27th of October. I was told the technician Mike, would be arriving between 9am and 11am. Mike arrived at 10:30am. I had what looked like a water leak on the side of my house. Mike assessed that I would need to replace my water heater which was 17 years old, to which I agreed. Mike said he would have to return to the West End Plumbing to get the replacement heater, and he would be back in one hour. Mike returned within the hour and replaced the water heater quickly . I was very impressed with Mikes professionalism, he answered all questions I had. Over all this was very pleasant and positive experience for me. I would highly recommend West End Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. NEIL."

"Barrett's Plumbing saved me a ton of headaches and money. Every 2-3 weeks I used to have to call someone to pump or clear my drain, ranging anywhere from $250-$300. Barrett's Plumbing was the only one to actually realize that I needed a whole new septic tank. Finally I no longer have to worry about any backups or flooding in my house."

"I hired a handyman for a day. Carlos arrived punctually and I went over the list of items I needed performed. I was not sure if everything could be completed but he set to work and did an amazing amount in just 8 hours. He repaired a broken kitchen drawer and broken cabinet. He reattached a wet bar that had come away from the wall. He affixed a vanity in the master bath that the original workers had not attached to the bathroom wall and then replaced the faucet fixtures. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet set. He removed 4 overhead fans and replaced them with new fans I had purchased for 2 bedrooms, the living room and the patio. He also removed a very old unpleasant grass like rug on the patio and helped me to clean and remove old crusted dirt and detritus from the walls and hurricane shuuters and together we got the concrete floor in perfect condition for him to install a new outdoor grass rug as replacement. It looks like a brand new space. He worked hard and steadily and even took apart one of the fans when it would not cooperate initially. He took 1/2 lunch break and went right back to work. He did not charge anything extra on top of the deal I purchased. He was a good guy who knew what he was doing and worked very efficiently. At the end of the day he carried out all the old fans, hardware, boxes, and junk that had accumulated. And helped me cleanup. He was a very good communicator with a good grasp of the English language. I thoroughly enjoyed working with and highly recommend him."
