"I've been meaning to leave a review since we had the new roof installed but am just getting around to it now. Everything that was promised was done on time. The crew did a good job of keeping the yard clean during the whole process, and the new roof looks great. But, after the new roof was installed and the crew had gone, I was out in my yard and noticed several cracked tiles. I called to let them know and was told someone would be out to have a look and replace any damaged tiles. I was a little disappointed that this went unnoticed by the crew, but eventually it was taken care of before the inspection. Several weeks went by and then one day I noticed a lot of lint on the bathroom floor beneath the exhaust fan. I removed the cover and found the entire exhaust fan caked in what appeared to be dryer lint so I went up into the attic and found that the dryer exhaust venting was no longer attached to the roof vent, and the attic was covered in dryer lint. The bathroom exhaust was routed into the same roof vent, so much of the lint fell back into the bathroom venting. I called Tiger Team and someone came out and used metal tape to try and hold the dryer vent in place near the roof vent. This did not last very long and was very unprofessional. I eventually ended up relocating the dryer vent somewhere else. Also, while up in the attic making the dryer vent discovery, I noticed many of the things I had stored on shelving in the attic were moved or tossed to the floor where plywood had been replaced. More unprofessionalism."

"He called me back right away, same day he came and looked at it. He told me that it was an older concrete roof tile that had been discontinued, but thought he had some in his warehouse. He called me back later that day; he'd located enough to repair my roof. Because it was a small job, they couldn't guarantee the day they'd be able to get here, but it would be within a week. Day 3, he and a few helpers showed up, fixed the problem areas and then came into the yard and cleaned up the broken tiles that were scattered on the ground. They were in and out in about two hours. The price was excellent and I was thrilled with all their work."

"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately.
