"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. I feel very confident about his skills, personality, and professionalism. Without any doubt, I never go somewhere else, when I have someone powerful to help me. "I had a great experience working with WR Builders Inc on my kitchen remodel. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from start to finish. They were transparent about costs and timelines, and their team was always courteous and professional. The final result exceeded my expectations – the kitchen is both beautiful and functional. I would definitely hire them again for future projects."

"Jeff Veglia recently did a complete 'down-to-the studs' kitchen remodeling for us. Right from the starting estimate to the conclusion of the job, he has been a true professional. He was clear about the process involved, always courteous and available to answer questions. The cabinetry company that he worked with made the complicated process of choosing cabinet color and styles, countertops, backsplashes and fixtures very smooth for us. The work was completed on time and on budget, and any additional work we requested was priced fairly. Jeff always ensured we knew what to expect as he managed the different components of the job and the crew who were working on our project. He and his team members were very responsive to any issues that came up along the way. I want to specially mention that he has a wonderful team, who were not only expert professionals, but also friendly and pleasant. We are happily enjoying our beautiful, new kitchen and will gladly recommend the services of Jeff Veglia to any homeowner for potential projects."

"Sanfer and team were great to work with for the addition of closets in a bedroom as well as for adding an entirely new bathroom on our 3rd floor. Along with all new plumbing and electric it also included a new, ducted mini-split heating system for that zone. His pricing was in line with the other companies I spoke with and he ultimately was the winning bid due to his collaboration during the process. it was a blank room and we worked on a few different layouts to get it right! From a management standpoint, there were sub-contractors needed(electrical and plumbing requires a licensed individual to pull permits in my city) and multiple inspections were required and he did a great job managing all of those moving parts in a timely fashion. All in all, I'd hire Sanfer again and plan to talk to him about a deck and kitchen remodel."

"My new condo had a large cubby hole that used to house a mini closet and electronic components.  The previous owner must have ripped out some wiring in the space, leaving behind an ugly mess.
The cubby hole was about 20" x 60", with the bottom about a foot from the baseboard.  I left a message for Bill and he called me back right away.  I explained to him that I already had painters scheduled to come in shortly to paint the entire place and needed the shelves completed as soon as possible.
He showed up precisely when he said he would, and provided a fair estimate.  I should mention that other contractors I contacted didn't think it was worth their time to come out and review for an estimate, and they would only provide an estimate based on pictures and measurements I provided.  I felt much better that Bill actually came out to see the place before taking the job.
He suggested that we extend the shelves to the top of the baseboard, and was the only one to suggest this.  I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I felt I could trust his expertise.  His estimate was very reasonable.  He came back later in the week, early in the morning to complete the job, right when he said he would.
The shelves look fantastic!  I now realize that it would have looked strange if we hadn't extended it to the baseboard.  i will definitely hire him again.
