I was greeted with a polite smile along with a pleasant and professional attitude by him. After, we discussed several job projects (trash can area , circular high rise centerpiece for front yard, walkway to mailbox, enclosed wall around fire pit, and a L-Shaped wall to house a grill on the outside patio) I was pleased with our conversation especially after he showed photos of their work, the job comes with a 1 year warranty, and reassuring the work would be done in a timely manner. "Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."

"Daniel Custom Painting and handyman Services is an A+ in my book.  I contacted him after locating him on Angie's list, as I was looking for someone to install a doggie door.   He gave me a quote over the phone, set up a date and time, but due to job that ran over time, he was not able to make this appt.  But he contacted me right away to let me know about the present job he had and wouldn't be able to make it, and offered to come on the weekend, but declined and made it the following Monday.  He called, arrived 15 min early and completed the job better than expected.  Very friendly, and informative.  HIghly recommend...  Thanks Daniel, will be calling again soon"

"If we could give more than 5 Stars we would. Louis, Alex, and the team always come through for us. We first met Louis at his yard here in Pensacola. We were building a "million $+" house on Pensacola beach and wanted it to shine. Louis designed and directed us to greenery for the backyard that was quiet and comforting, a relaxing atmosphere. For the street side, he listened to what we wanted to present and provided the landscaping to make it 'pop' from the street view, highlighting our home's presence. A few years later we bought a rental in East Hill Pensacola and needed to take it from mid-century boring to Florida-style appeal. We worked together and came up with just the right trees to give the home street appeal. So, now as we build another "million $+" home in the Heights area of Pensacola we went to Louis and the team. Alex helped us pick out cold-sensitive greenery to go around the pool to give it a calming, oasis feel while adding value to our home. We are working tight schedules with the pool, paver, fencing, and landscaping. Louis came by after hours and assured us that he would make it happen.
