"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"Two gentlemen arrived to evaluate the situation. After discussion They told me they would provide me written options and pricing for a solution of repairing 2 of 4 segments and replacing the other two. They said they would also provide me a proposal for complete replacement. I waited a week and received nothing. I called and was told they would replace the entire system but that repairing wasn't something they wanted to do."
