He worked with us to pick the right materials for our needs and when we changed our mind about exactly where to run the fence, he was out to do a second estimate without hesitation. The quality of the work is top notch. The panels flow so well over the rough ground that you'd hardly notice where the panels slope and where they are level unless you were looking for it, and regardless it just looks good. The job to install over 200 feet of fence was done in a single day for a fair price and we are so pleased with the results. As a side note, a freak wind storm knocked an entire tree through one of our panels just a week after installation and Elcio had one of his guys out a few days later to do the repair. "I am very happy with the final outcome. It wasn’t an easy yard to fence due to rocks, ledge and sloping, but the crew worked very hard and got it done with quality. "I received quotes for three different options - the cedar fence, an alternative in vinyl, and a repair of the broken fence. The sales guy was very easy to get hold of and provided the quotes promptly. I went with the cedar and it was installed in two days. For some reason, the old fence posts had been sunk in concrete, and all the concrete had to be removed. "Overall things went great.  The guys worked hard, the fence looks great, and they were good about asking questions if they weren't sure about a particular section.  Our back area slopes quite a bit so the installer did an excellent job making sure it looked aesthetically pleasing, and also backfilled dirt in areas where there would have been gaps due to dips in our yard.  The only reason I didn't give A's all around was that we put down our initial payment, was told it would be 4-6 weeks to get material, and I received a call one morning while I was at work saying the guys were on the way.  I was happy they were coming but would have appreciated some advanced notice so I could be there when they showed up to do a quick walk through. <br />"
