"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

I’m a perfectionist and couldn’t find fault with anything. What amazing service and quality in craftsmanship."

We have also discovered that Richard violated code in several instances and we are in the process of filling a complaint with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety against his contractor license."
