"We recently moved into an older home that was in need of painting and major renovations. While we were deciding on the extent of our kitchen renovation, we hired Mike and his team (especially Eddie) to fully paint the interior. They were the lowest bid of the four competitive bids we received, and the quality of their work was superb. The trim work was clean, the work was done on time and on budget, and their workers were punctual and communicative. They even put a fourth coat of paint on walls that needed it, without being asked. They also provided excellent advice about kitchen renovating and removal of a load-bearing wall. Their bid for this project was about 25% higher than a competing bid, and we chose the lower bid. *THIS WAS A MISTAKE.* In contrast to the work with Mike, the lower bidder has been a nightmare to work with, there have been significant budget overruns, and we are currently about two months behind on a two month project. It turns out the quality of general contractor matters a great deal to the renovation experience, and based on the work that we did do with him, we believe we would have been far better off using Mike and paying slightly more. Next time we'll do that."

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. He implemented the bathroom, laundry, and closet design ideas beautifully. A critical positive factor was communication. Pedro was responsive to my questions and concerns. He kept me informed every step of the way during the construction. Another important factor was their care in keeping the renovation project clean and organized. "Mr. Kenny is a master carpenter, builder and contractor. I cannot say enough about his skills and attention to detail. He knows his business and works just as hard as his men.
I have had the opportunity to refer Mr. Kenny to a few friends and associates. He has constructed what might be referred to as mansions that were and are architectural and tradesmen's masterpieces. I know other contractors in the area who say that he simply the best woodworker/carpenter that they have ever known. 
Mr. Kenny is on time, orderly, clean and thorough. He has an unusually fine eye for detail and in some instances can reduce design costs and the need for an architect. 
I have learned that when it comes to home renovations one gets what one pays for. The beauty of obtaining a first class job ids that you get to enjoy it for as long as you are there and then you sell it for more than you paid for it. That's what Mr. Kenny has done to my living space and I would recommend him without hestitation.

"Very pleased, very professional, high quality work! I can't say enough good things about Redman Const. My basement was bare concrete walls and they built an office & playroom (with bathroom) and put central air in the 1st floor.
Here are my takeaways from the experience:
- Their work was high quality
- I felt as though I was kept informed for every step of the project (and I am a bit of a micromanager lol)
- I was given the names and phone numbers of  workmen who were going to show up at my house.
- Jim (and all of his workmen) returned my texts promptly, EVEN on Sundays!!!!!!!!!
- When I met with the electrician (Kevin) he listened to all my concerns and exceeded my expectations.
- Every workman that showed up was Polite, Professional, Punctual and Cleaned up after themselves.
- Work was done when I was told it would be done.
- On the two occasions where workmen were not able to come, I was contacted the night before and told when the workmen would return.
I would not hesitate to recommend and rehire Redman Construction in the future.
