Addition Contractors in Westwood, MA

"I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."

"Erick is a truly good man who stands by his word/price. I had two bathrooms remodeled and I am thrilled with the end result. Erick made sure that any inconvenience to my family was minimal and at the end of every day their clean up incredible. After getting three other estimates, I had Erick come over to estimate the price and his price was 20% lower than some of the other estimates. Erick is my go to contractor, I trust him and I intend to have him do some more work this spring. Feel safe hiring Erick, you will not be sorry."

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"

"We hired LionHeart Finish Carpentry for an interior painting project, and we are very happy with the results. Gustavo and his crew were punctual, respectful, and careful with our home. They protected the floors and furniture, fixed small imperfections before painting, and left the rooms looking fresh and professionally finished. The quality of the work made a big difference in the appearance of the house. We would definitely use them again."

"I needed plans for a two-car garage of a certain size and roof pitch. I could not find stock plans of specifically what I wanted. Richard was very prompt and helpful, produced the plans and arranged for an engineer's stamp."

"We hired Pedro and his crew to renovate our basement and to say we are thrilled would be an understatement. Pedro and his crew were very professional throughout the whole project, went above and beyond and exceeded are expectations. We now have a basement that we love and the whole family enjoys!"
