"Dom was quick to come out and give me my estimate .. he was running late and let me know when he would arrive .. that I do appreciate .. I showed him the sidewalk I needed replaced and where I wanted a ramp access for my sons wheelchair .. and where the patch on my driveway was needed .. he let me know that he can replace my walkway to my house for the same price as just the work I wanted.. so that was nice .. the other estimates I got wouldn’t do the job unless I included more work because “it was too small of a job for them”. the work was scheduled pretty quickly within 2 weeks I think.. the labors where on time and did great work .."

"This is a job that began as a deck repair. As they uncovered more issues, they would show us just what they were seeing and explain their concerns. It got to the point where we decided to go for a whole rebuild rather than multiple repairs down the road. The other quotes we got were for a repair so I honestly don't know where they would've landed price-wise compared to others. To be honest, they were not the least expensive quote for the repair, but their plan for how to repair it was better. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism."

Excavated a lot of my backyard and paid special attention to details. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends! He is A Personality with a lot of very good ideas!"

"While there's some good reviews for Melnick's masonry, I never got a chance to have an opinion of his work. However, I can certainly speak of the fact that he doesn't keep his Word, at least not with me I signed a contract with him in August of 2021, and he never showed up. I explained to him that I had a dangerous situation in my driveway with a large dip in the pavement, and during the winter when it rained or snowed this area would fill with water and freeze and it was dangerous and almost impossible to drive over it . What made it worse was the fact I've had 3 leg injuries, was on crutches for a long time, couldn't drive for a while, and still have to use a cane. If I got struck in the driveway, I couldn't get out of the car as I certainly can't walk or ice or snow. When I explained this to him and his wife, his wife told me that he would give me some priority. He of course, didn't and I called and spoke with him several times about this. He would give me excuses each time, saying that he was so terribly busy, that the man hauling away the concrete was having trouble finding a place to dump it, and the weather didn't cooperate at times, etc. He also said that if there wasn't enough gravel under the existing driveway and he had to haul in more gravel my quote would go up because otherwise, he wouldn't make any money. He told me one week he would call me within 2 weeks and try to take care of it, but he never called. When I finally realized this man was not going to to this, I had to start from scratch to find someone else, being afraid it was too late in the year to get someone. Thankfully, I finally found the right person, a person that apparently cares about people. He came after only a few weeks notice and gave me a new driveway. It was such a relief, and I told him I would be forever grateful. This man stated that there was no gravel at all under the old driveway and he had to haul in gravel, but his price didn't go up. I wish there were more people like this man that agreed to do my driveway, and this would be a better world. I called Phil recently to see why he never honored the contract. It sounded like he hung up on me. At least, we were disconnected. I called back and talked to him for a couple of minutes, but then his wife took over the call and was very upset with me; and I never got to speak with Phil again."

Lucian was very timely, responsive, and trustworthy. He made wonderful suggestions and was open to making changes when needed.
