"Patrick and his team did an amazing job of repainting the walls and ceilings of my rental unit between tenants. There was a quite a bit of replastering to repair holes from where things had been hung on the walls, but they still managed to get everything done well within the short timeframe that I had to work with. In addition to the painting, his team replaced cracked tiles on the kitchen floor. I was really nervous about the work getting done well and on time, because another contractor had told me it would take 3-4 days, and that the entire kitchen floor would have to be replaced. But on the weekend of the work, Patrick showed up on time, got everything done earlier than I had expected, and it looks fantastic! He made what was initially a really stressful project for me end up being really easy."

"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

"I hired DnR Construction for my Masterbath remodel- not because of the price- but because my husband and I really liked Dave Cxxxx personality- he had some great suggestions, his partner Richie was so nice as well- while my husband was away, Richie and Dave carried my heavy double vanity up 3 flights of stairs and Dave also helped my son carry the heavy glass shower doors up the same stairs. Dave only worked with professionals, the electrician, plumber and tile installers were phenomenal. Dave was excellent at communicating, when he was going to be at the house, what I needed to order and when, even demo day started early! He was very patient with my last minute design changes and always answered my questions. He was also very careful to cover the floors and rugs to keep the mess down and even cleaned up when the job was finished. I have enclosed some pictures of the finished job, I love the Shiplap accent walls. "
