He called to remind me about my installation appointment, he showed up at the time of the appointment to see how the install was going and also followed up a few days later to see if there were any questions or concerns. Hector, the installer was also great. He walked me thru the whole process and did a great job on the install. After completion he spent plenty of time going over the system and even left me his cell number. If you need a security system I highly recommend these two gentlemen. "I have had that service for 3 or 4 months. There were several robberies in this area and that is why I got it. They are competitive. It was one of those deals where I got it for free and then I pay for the monthly service. It is a two or three year contract. They call the police if someone sets off one of the sensors. If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.

The safe was supposed to have a shelf in it but it wasn't there. We called the next day and the owner (Russ) dropped it off himself that evening!
