The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

Matt called and he was flexible about time to come and give me a free estimate. Also stated that he could complete job on same day if we agreed for him to do the work. We agreed. His pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other estimates. His work is METICULOUS and he is efficient. Left the work area clean, no clean up required.
