"Have not seen the sump pump out any water since being replaced. I will call them about this"

"Patrick did a phenomenal job from initial contact pre-appointment all the way thru the completion of the actual job (sump pump replacement). My wife and I will be repeat customers if the need ever surfaces for a top notch plumber!"

"I chose Remedy for my sump pump replacement. They came on time for the estimate and quoted me a very competitive initial price. They were even will to go a little further to win the business for work that day. Although I wasn't planning to do the job the same day, I called them back after the estimate and hearing pricing from two others. They came back within an hour, quickly did the work and showed me how my system operates. It's so quiet as compared to the old one. I'm already considering them for a separate plumbing job."

"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"This company provided excellent work on my overflowing sump pump issue. I was amazed at how professional at how knowledgeable and friendly our technician Jason DuMond was. He not only took the time to analyze the situation thoroughly, he did tests on the outside drainage to make sure water flow throughout was normal. Jason not only solved the issue, he did so in a way that actually saved me a lot money compared to the other estimates I received. His solution was simple and effective. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone."

"We had a Sunday morning emergency with our sump pump. Despite many places claiming to offer same day emergency services, Mr Rooter was the only one who could come out. They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and had the whole project wrapped up in less than an hour. They also had excellent customer service— they kept us updated on the ETA of our plumber because one of the jobs was taking longer than expected. We felt confident we were in good hands from the moment we set up the appointment. The sump pump has been working perfectly for about two weeks now. Highly recommend Mr Rooter."

"They did a great job replacing my water tank. They were excellent & o highly recommend them for any project."

"I called Pohlman to replace my Gas water heater. I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional, came out on the same day, took the old tank with them and cleaned up well behind themselves, They finish the job in a timely manner and their price was fair. I would definitely hire them again."
