"Wish you had a higher star rating; Todd, a carpenter of 30 years, was great to work with. Not only replaced our acoustical ceiling but also installed a new floating laminate wood floor. Both jobs were done promptly and with excellent results. Cost was, I felt, quite reasonable. Communication was A+. Todd gets a very strong recommendation."

"Javier did an amazing job installing new ceiling tiles with metal brackets. He was very responsive and made great suggestions in order to get this project completed. Easy to work with and does an excellent job keeping his job site tidy. I recommend him for contractor jobs."

"Hang and finish drywall Paint open ceiling in basement Paint walls Install drop ceiling. They did a great job for a fair price and on time. Great communication. Showed up when they said they would each and every time. Good job cleaning up as well. I would definitely hire them again or recommend to anyone."

"Jack and his team did an excellent job remodeling a non functional bathroom in our home. They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. They took care of all the tile work and fixture installation. Great job overall."

"The construction went very well. It actually was completed before the estimate - it helped that I wasn't living here at the time. The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. They were responsive to my requests for little things to be changed - like the lights were installed upside down from what I wanted or the toilet paper holder needed to be moved. Angelo was friendly and I felt that he was taking care of my house & me like a father. Rose in the office answered every email and question in a timely manner. She's also followed up when I had an issue with my new dishwasher."

"I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings. Thanks Ricardo and Raymond from Cardona! I highly recommend them."

"The electrician arrived early (thankfully) and got right to work. He had the old fixture down in an instant, had diagnosed a problem with our light switch, fixed it and had the new light fixture installed fast - last then 45 minutes.  Also provided guidance on how far from the ceiling we should hang our light - and it looks great.  Very good service and very professional.
