"We had Tony come in to give us an estimate earlier this year. The floor has been down at least 25 years and it was dried out. Since this is our entrance we postponed having the floor done as we decided to redo our bathrooms. After that was finished, I called him up and settled on a date and he was very accommodating. He called the night before, came on time the next morning. He is very professional and pleasant. He buffed the floor and polyurethaned it. We had to stay off it for a day but we were going away for two days. It was a pleasant surprise when we returned home and saw our beautiful floor. It looks like new. We couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend him. We got his name off Angie's list which is wonderful. We will be doing our carpeting soon and will definitely use him. I would recommend him to my friends.

Ricardo came as promised to do an estimate and told me that my unit is smaller than what i describe if excluding the bathroom etc. Therefore he priced the cost based on a smaller sqft, which gave me high confidence about his credibility. The work got done by schedule, and Ricardo sent me pictures on how everything is going. And the floor work was nicely done by the end, especially some uneven places are totally gone.
