"I first contracted Jim several years ago to execute my vinyl siding and roofing project. Most recently his crew installed laminate flooring in four rooms. The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. Jim is a very professional businessman and has never, in all these years, failed to quickly respond to a request or question that I had, even if it did not involve contracting Beantown for pending work. I highly recommend that anyone considering a project of any scope contact Jim."

"Team was very responsive with communications and always arrived on time. Everything was explained carefully and when surprise problems came up they checked in before doing anything to consult. Roof looks very good and you could tell that the team was working hard and doing it right. Project took 2.5 days. Replaced some of the plywood in the roof that was damaged. Some minor damage to the house occurred (porch light broken) and they fixed before project was done. UHE has good financing options if you need them."

"Carefree took our 36 year old home and made it look brand new. Ed and his crew built us beautiful new front steps and we had siding and gutters installed. Everyone was professional, friendly and the price was very reasonable."

"Manny was on time, professional, and pleasant. He replaced our flat roof in one day. It looks great and we hope it will "winter well". Thanks for providing us his name and reviews. Joyce B in Wellesley"

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"The workers that removed and replaced my roofs had fantastic work ethics. They did a wonderful job and left my yard nail free and debris free. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other home repair."

"Feels like a brand new home. This company is worth hiring. I had more work than siding. Initially I wanted a quote for windows but ended up getting a home makeover. Crews were professional. Owner stopped by to see if I was happy with the progress. Will definitely hire again. Great company!"

"Trent came to my house and gave me great quote for siding work. He was well represented and patient. I recommend Trent to other people."

"David Kingsley came and I had a quote in an hour to install a Vinyl privacy fence. Our new rescue dog was escaping & getting into a bog that abuts our property. I decided to erect a fence along that side of the property to at least slow her down. David was great to work with, reasonably priced and the job was completed in two weeks as promised. I am very happy with it. Depending on how successful the fence is, I might need to hire him for more fencing to fully enclose a portion of our yard. Would highly recommend."
