"I don't know how this could have gone better. We hired Matt (Mr Softwash) to clean the outside of our house, deck, and walkways. It looks like new construction; such a difference. We got quotes from several contractors. Matt's was the best and *significantly* better than some. Also, it was a fixed price, not a minimum and an hourly rate like some others. We were scrambling to list the house during the peak buying season; Matt offered to work on his off-day to help us meet our schedule. That's above and beyond. There was a recent picture of the house on Zillow ("coming soon"), so Matt was able to give us a firm quote based on the picture and my estimate of the deck size (12x12). Later, when I measured the deck I was off by quite a bit; it was 16x21. I contacted Matt with the correct size, assuming he would give us a new figure but he said he would honor the old quote even though it was based on inaccurate info. And the work was top notch. Best experience I've had on Angi. A real pro."
