"Anthony was professional, punctual, and clearly knew their trade inside and out. He took the time to walk through options, explain the process, and make sure everything aligned with what I wanted before any work began. Installation was smooth, efficient, and concise with strong attention to detail, which is critical in that industry. The final result looks outstanding. I couldn’t be happier to have another one of my many projects handled that professionally. What stood out most was the quality, craftsmanship, and communication. There were no surprises, timelines were met, and the finished floors completely elevated the space. As a contractor myself. I understand the importance of taking pride in your work. If you’re looking for a reliable flooring company that provides outstanding work, Freidus Flooring is the obvious choice. And I look forward to working with Freidus Flooring on more projects in the future"

"Ricardo has refinished my antique flooring in my home, he is installed LVP in another home I own, and didn’t my daughter‘s home, he has installed wood floors in our business in Hyannis, and he has refinished a whole house floor at my other daughter’s home and installed new oak flooring to replace carpets to match the existing oak floors. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner with very little downtime for the homeowner He’s also very communicative."

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."

"Mike and crew are very professional and easy to work with. Mike was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided helpful suggestions when needed. Great communication as to scheduling jobs. His sub contractors were also professional and friendly. We love our new kitchen and flooring! Thanks to Heirloom Construction for their workmanship and their attention to detail for making our remodel stress free!"

"They did a wonderful job! Jean called within hours of my request on Angies List, came the next day to measure and estimate a price for the wall and floor prep and all tile and grout installation as well as a quote for a custom shower door. The price was very reasonable and he explained the Schluder System products he would use to back the wall tiles and floor for complete waterproofing. We supplied our own tile but he brought everything else. His workers put up the backer board in the shower stall, poured the mud bed in the shower, levelled the bathroom floor and put down cement board in one day. The workers were at our house between 630 and 700am every day and worked til 6pm or later for the time it took to complete the bathroom. They used a laser leveler so the subway tiles in the shower stall are perfectly placed and centered. The bathroom floor and shower stall look amazing. We're so glad Jean and his crew did this project for us. We would hire them again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."

"Awesome job! Had my kitchen floors redone and they came out perfect."

"Steve gutted and renovated our bathroom in less than a week! Took us from very outdated to modern. Everything has been working flawlessly and we love the detail! He is extremely clean as he works and receptive to ideas while providing his expertise. 10/10 would hire again."

"Great price. Showed up on time. Great communication. Expert installation with no issues. Couldn't be happier. Hope to hire him for more projects."

"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. I would recommend Mike and Universal Flooring to anyone who is considering new hardwood floors or any flooring work for that matter. We will certainly use him again in the future if ever needed. THANK YOU MIKE!!!"

"Anthony, Rick, Chris, and Andy from Allegiant Flooring Services came into my home and treated my home as though it were their own. My husband and I hired Allegiant Flooring Services to install a ceramic tile backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen. They helped us from start to finish by providing us with some great suggestions, one of which we loved and decided to go with! We loved their work so much that we asked them to install a new ceramic tile floor in our bathroom. While they were working in our home we also discovered that they specialized in hardwood floors. After seeing some of their previous installations provided to us in their portfolio, we decided to have them install a new hardwood floor as well. This company gave us the best service we ever had. They showed up at the promised start time. They under promised and over delivered at every step of each job. Great job guys! We are telling all of our friends about you and looking forward to having you back to work on our next project. Hire this company, you won't regret it!"
