"Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. I would gladly hire them again. They did excellent work and gave me a warranty on top of it. To Russ and Carter and the rest of the team, thank you very much! I'm so grateful for the wonderful job you did to stabilize the home that my family sleeps in."

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Turcios Masonry. We had some foundation problems which we repaired, the foundation company tried to patch a crack in the mortar of our brick home, and it looked terrible. I left a message on Monday, and Adin called me back later that day. He came out on a Wednesday while we weren't home, and quoted us for the job. A mason came out on Thursday, took out the old mortar, and on Friday he matched and replaced it. He did such a great job, you can't even tell where the original bad patchwork was done. They stuck to the price they quoted, and Adin texted to make sure I was happy with the work. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Turcos Masonry. I would highly recommend them!"

"All went well. Charles was prompt in responding and setting up an appointment. I was mildly disappointed that it would be several weeks till he could get to me, but I was willing to wait based on his reviews here. Once Charles arrived I inquired about the price that included the engine compartment. He told me $300, and I agreed - partly because I had waited over 2 weeks for the appointment and didn't want to start all over with someone else. I have to say that he worked hard and did an absolutely excellent job. However, based on prices that others have paid, I now feel I may have been gouged slightly cause I live in Brentwood. If what I paid was fair, it would have been good for Charles to let me know that what I was getting was above and beyond the norm. Bottom line: He does super work and all went well. The only thing preventing me from giving him all A's was the cost and a little bit the delay. I'd hire him again."

"Great Company. Family owned business. Very Trustworthy and professional. My front concrete steps had settled. Johnny analyzed the situation and correctly determined that my metal roof over my front porch had no gutter installed on that side of the porch, and rain water was undermining that pier/column and steps. Something that the other two companies that I received quotes from did not catch. Therefore, if I had hired the other companies, I probably would have had a recurring problem. Gutterman Installed a gutter and downspout there. I felt like Johnny listened to my concerns, educated me - given my circumstances, and presented solutions. Johnny's brother was the project manager, and he and his crew did a fabulous job leveling both. They laid plastic over the yard and sidewalk to minimized the effects of dug up soil, and clean-up. On other parts of the house (mainly in the back yard), their team also did trenching and buried 4" PVC for gutter downspout water evacuation away from the house. They installed clean outs where the downspouts entered the PVC for easy debris removal when necessary. An extra step that most contractors would miss (once again thinking of the customer). You will not go wrong hiring this company. He treats your home the way you would, if you were doing the work. Very Fair price compared to other quotes, as well. Work done at my home in Franklin, TN. 5-Star. Thank you Johnny."
