"I used Apex to fix a situation where water would leak into my basement through the electrical panel during a long, heavy downpour. It was a particularly unique and difficult problem to solve which involved excavating under part of a flagstone patio, determining the source(s) of the leak and sealing. Their final solution was very thorough and attacked the problem from multiple directions. I was impressed with their dedication to doing the job right. The clean-up was also thorough (the patio looked better after they left than before they started!) The crew was great! They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Since it was such a tricky problem, Lou, the manager, was on-site for most of the day. They also have an excellent electrician on the team which was a definite plus for this project. I used Apex a couple of years ago to renovate the basement and was very pleased with the result of that project as well. "Horrible company. No communication. Took more gutter off our house than they put back on. Project manager DAVE will come to your house and lie straight to your face. Water is just pooling by the sides of my house and they could care less. Don't work with this general contracting company. And don't sign up with them at Sam's club they will cancel and reschedule to avoid having to pay Sam's a commission. "

"They showed up promptly for an estimate. We were originally told we could get on the schedule in a week or 2. They had a cancellation, called me, and ended up completing the work within a few days of the estimate. They arrived on time, performed all the work they said they would, all in one day. They charged exactly what they quoted. They hauled away all waste and roped off the driveway. It has now completely cured, and it is fantastic. We have only been driving on it about a week, but we see no signs of a lurking problem. Also, they were $700 less than the estimate we received from a competitor. I would absolutely hire them again. In fact, I plan to hire them to provide seal coats of the driveway every other year."
